| PATT Foundation - What did YOU do today? |
At Plant A Tree Today we can't completely reverse the effects of deforestation and global warming, but we can discover how planting trees can help to combat climate change, provide sustainable economic development for developing countries and poor rural communities, and reduce the effects of natural disasters. We can make a difference. See what the PATT Foundation (www.plant-a-tree-today.org) is doing in Thailand, Asia and the world here...

Trees, Education & Art in India
This is a long-term inter-disciplinary project that combines research and art creation by artists and local communities. Initiated by artists to work with people in fields such as ecology, horticulture, medicine, education, culture and history, and sociology, the aim is to widen the dialogue within and beyond the local environment. This is an on-going environmental art collaboration that also calls for more to join in the act of tree planting.

Forest Restoration for Wildlife Rehabilitation and Education
The aim of this project, is to restore a degraded forest by re-introducing essential native tree species to facilitate natural regeneration back to the original state of the forest. The aim is to use the forest as a gibbon rehabilitation area providing quasi-natural conditions in the last step before the animals are released back into the wild. A tree nursery will be established to research results on growing key framework species. The centre will be used as an environmental education facility schools to visit.
