PATT Foundation - What did YOU do today?

UN survey shows deforestation is responsible for emitting almost 20 percent of greenhouse gases – REUTERS

At Plant A Tree Today we can't completely reverse the effects of deforestation and global warming, but we can discover how planting trees can help to combat climate change, provide sustainable economic development for developing countries and poor rural communities, and reduce the effects of natural disasters. We can make a difference. See what the PATT Foundation (www.plant-a-tree-today.org) is doing in Thailand, Asia and the world here...

Initiated by artists to work with people in fields such as ecology, horticulture, medicine, education, culture and history, and sociology, the aim is to widen the dialogue within and beyond the local environment. This is an on-going environmental art collaboration that also calls for more to join in the act of tree planting.
